The deep dive

When you dive into your inner world, you dive into a pressurized container.

When we dive in the water, we know the water is the container to our adventure and within that adventure holds many unknowns. You accept that there are unknowns, but the water still calls you.

Your consciousness is the container that pressurizes your thoughts, feelings, memories, and emotions as you dive deeper.

You’re pressurized, so you can feel the expansion as you rise to the surface, coming back to the reality in front of you.

The trick is in utilizing the pressured container to drop the weights from your consciousness to rise with ease.

The more we become aware of the pressure, the quicker we can release the weight belt we hold within our feelings, memories, and emotions.

Let go and dive deeper into the task at hand.

Be aware and rise!
