- What new goals or intentions do I want to set for the coming year? Consider what you want to achieve or focus on in the upcoming months and set realistic goals.
- How can I bring more joy and light into my life during the darker days? Explore activities and practices that bring you joy and light, both literally and metaphorically.
- What lessons have I learned from the past year, and how can I apply them moving forward? Reflect on the experiences that have taught you valuable lessons and consider how you can use that knowledge in the future.
