The winter solstice is a time of reflection and transition, marking the shortest day and longest night of the year. Here are some questions you might consider asking yourself during the winter solstice:
  1. What have I achieved in the past year?  Reflect on your accomplishments, both big and small, and celebrate your successes.
  2. What challenges have I faced, and how have they shaped me?  Consider the obstacles you've encountered and how you've grown as a result of facing them.
  3. In what ways have I nurtured my mind, body, and spirit this year?  Reflect on the self-care practices and activities that have contributed to your well-being.
  4. What am I grateful for in my life right now?  Take stock of the positive aspects of your life and express gratitude for them.
  5. What relationships have been significant to me this year?  Consider the people who have been important to you and reflect on the impact of those relationships.
  6. How have I contributed to the well-being of others?  Think about the ways you've supported and positively influenced the people around you.
  7. What habits or patterns do I want to release or transform?  Identify any behaviors or thought patterns that no longer serve you and contemplate how to let them go.
  8. What new goals or intentions do I want to set for the coming year?  Consider what you want to achieve or focus on in the upcoming months and set realistic goals.
  9. How can I bring more joy and light into my life during the darker days?  Explore activities and practices that bring you joy and light, both literally and metaphorically.
  10. What lessons have I learned from the past year, and how can I apply them moving forward?  Reflect on the experiences that have taught you valuable lessons and consider how you can use that knowledge in the future.
