Empty Your Cup

A powerful online course design to help you overcome overwhelm,  achieve balance and tune to your authentic voice

Listen to see how you can overcome overwhelm
in a Chaotic World by learning to empty your cup!

In today’s world, we are asked to do and be more every day without giving us the chance to process the last explosion of situations. You may have tried to meditate, do yoga, or even an exercise routine only to quite within a few days or weeks, leaving you where you started.

The issue isn’t your discipline; it is the overwhelm created by your already overflowing cup.

Join Sarah Breen, Earth School Shaman as she shares her practical, easy to implement four phase process to help you achieve balance and tune to your authentic voice in an over-stimulating and sometimes chaotic world, by teaching you how to Empty Your Cup.

“We cannot be the change if we have no space for the change to bloom as the gift it is.” – Sarah Breen

Empty Your Cup was born from hundreds of clients
who all seemed to be expressing the same thing:

As we embarked on our work, they all have asked some form of the question...

"Where and how do I start to find balance, truth and healing if I always feel tired, overwhelmed, anxious, and/or traumatized from everything I experience in my life on a daily basis?”

Throughout my many years working one-on-one and in groups with clients, I witnessed a pattern where clients would be stopped dead in their tracks by the constant overwhelm they felt in their day to day life.

It was frustrating for me and for my clients.

As I worked to find a way to support them as they stepped forward on their empowerment journey, it hit me; throughout history a Guru would not open the flow of wisdom or pathways to healing until the protégé’s cup was empty. Meaning the protégé must have the adequate space to process and maintain the openness needed to explore the wisdom, journey into truth and begin the healing pathway to empowerment and transformation.

So, how does one maintain openness or anything else if we don’t understand sustainable ways of dancing with an overwhelming, often chaotic world?

My quest to answer this question is how and why I created the Four Phase Empty Your Cup Process!

This process was something I adapted to my own life FIRST.  I wear many hats in my own life. I am a mother, a wife, a business owner, a Shaman, and a dog maid; I manage the house, finances, family schedules, the list goes on and on.  And to top it all off, my spiritual work constantly has me moving between the worlds.

Once I experienced relief and expansion from the process, I began sharing it with clients.  Through my ongoing personal experiences with the process and the valuable feedback from clients my simple four phase Empty Your Cup process was born!

The truth is, if I hadn’t learned to consistently empty my own cup in an easily repeatable and sustainable way, life would have bulldozed over me in the blink of an eye.

Using the four phase Empty Your Cup Process,
I now I dance with life, my medicine, and what I value.
And as a result, my life is so much richer, balanced, and fulfilling!

What Exactly is the Empty Your Cup Process:

As I have shared, this four phase process was created as a result of my own experiences and then refined over time as I introduced it to my private clients.  Now it is available for anyone who needs it!
